Your profile role — currently Managing Director — is a workspace permission label. It is not a license, not a regulatory approval, and does not authorize activity requiring a real estate, securities, or lending license. Licensed activity is performed under Designated Broker Lani Jovicic, with General Counsel David Hamilton on compliance oversight.

Danger zone

Deleting your account closes workspace access for you and your team, cancels the subscription at period end, and begins the CCPA deletion workflow. Open transactions must be closed or reassigned first. Records we are legally required to keep — executed documents, AML records, transaction and commission history — are retained for their statutory period and then destroyed.
